Multiply and divide rational numbers — positive and negative integers, fractions, and decimals — using sign rules such as (−1)(−1) = 1 and the properties of operations, and convert a fraction to a decimal using long division (the decimal terminates or eventually repeats). Because it requires negative numbers, positive-only decimal or whole-number drills do not align to this standard.
